Before FA Wear, I lived between two worlds — building a career in technology and regional business, while teaching Pilates in the early mornings.
Technology taught me to question how things work. Pilates taught me to understand how the body moves.
Through teaching and my own practice, I began noticing the little frustrations women had quietly accepted in their activewear: bra cups that shift, straps that slip, visible underwear lines that interrupt a smooth silhouette, and waistbands that don’t gently shape the tummy or define the waist. These weren’t just design details. They influenced how women looked, felt and moved.
That question became the beginning of FA Wear.
