Bust: Measure around the fullest circumference of your bust, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor across your shoulder blades.

Underbust Band: Measure directly beneath your breasts along the ribcage where the supportive elastic band rests. Exhale naturally for an authentic fit.

Natural Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, approximately 2–3 cm above your belly button.

Full Hips: Stand tall with feet together and measure around the fullest contour of your hips and glutes.

Inseam: Measure from the base of the crotch seam straight down the inner leg to the ankle (7/8 leggings) or mid-thigh (shorts).
