Terms of Service

Welcome to FA WEAR. By accessing or using our website (fa-wear.com), reserving priority allocations for our debut First Form collection, or purchasing any of our movementwear pieces, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our digital platform and services.

All visual assets, bespoke garment patterns, trademarks, logos, copy, images, video content, and our proprietary movement methodology — including the FA WEAR™ mark, emblem, and FA FORM™ Method — are the exclusive intellectual property of FA WEAR Private Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our designs, technical specifications, or digital media without prior written consent from our executive board.

Registration for the First Form Collection grants prospective customers priority access to preview releases and Founding Member allocations. Participation in this program is complimentary and subject to the following conditions:

• Allocations are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be resold or bartered for commercial gain.
• Registration does not constitute a guaranteed product reservation until an official pre-order or purchase confirmation is issued upon collection launch.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per client to ensure equitable community access.

All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) or your local converted currency where available. While we endeavor to maintain immaculate accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will notify you before confirming fulfillment.

For pre-orders or limited studio capsules, estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and may be subject to artisanal craftsmanship adjustments or international logistics schedules.

Because FA WEAR pieces are engineered as technical next-to-skin movementwear, we maintain rigorous hygiene and quality assurance standards:

• Garments returned for exchange or store credit must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags, hygienic liners, and bespoke packaging intact.
• Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of confirmed courier delivery.
• Customized pieces or final-sale archive capsules are non-returnable unless defective under statutory manufacturer warranties.

These Terms of Service, and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising from your relationship with FA WEAR, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
